WITBE
“Women in the Built Environment” is a multi-country, cross-discipline, gender equalising, structured social learning and career mentoring initiative for women to drive the UN Sustainability Development Goal of SDG 5 “Gender Equality” in the global Engineering and Construction Sector. The scope and nature of the mobile App-enabled “always-on” safe and structured knowledge sharing in closed and trusted women cohorts also allows it to address SDG 4 “Quality Education” as well as offering critical psycho-emotional safety and support to all women in a tough male dominated sector.
