Shelley Coleman-Marsh
Main Area(s) of Career Experience
Structural Engineering and Knowledge Mentoring
Years of Work Experience:
30
I embarked on my earlier first career as an engineer in the specialist timber engineering field with an international engineering company, as head of the technical Sales and Marketing Division.
This experience sparked my early interest in the human dynamic in the workplace and in knowledge sharing.
I spent some time in the USA with Target Training International and became accredited in the Behavioral and Values Profiling system and application in mentorship relationships. I have been closely involved with the evolution of Mentoring 4 Success, with the development of bespoke Mobile Knowledge Mentoring Apps, to support the mentoring projects and programs.
Providing a formal, secure, and custom-driven platform for contextual, social learning will be the catalyst to making a significant impact at scale.
