Leon Viljoen
MANAGING DIRECTOR - ABB - 2018

We found a great partner in Mentoring 4 Success with a proven track record of successfully assisting young engineers in obtaining their ECSA professional status, and bringing the more experienced engineers as mentors closer to our young stars, thereby adding real value.

Louwtjie Nel
CEO - WBHO - 2013

We are fortunate to have developed a culture of training, support, and promotion that allows us to provide all the necessary skills and knowledge from within the WBHO group. We have no doubt that the real value of the M4S MDP program will be to help us take our growth and development objectives to the next level.

Carlos Pone
CEO - AECOM - 2017

At AECOM, training and skills development remains one of the strategic goals which underpin our business in Africa. Our AECOM Africa Candidacy Mentoring  Programme with M4S is a strategic imperative. It strongly underpins our core values and vision - to collaborate, to inspire, to dream, and to deliver.

Firoza Patel
HR DIRECTOR - UNISA - 2014

We have partnered with M4S for many years now. Their proven program has been expertly adapted to the unique academic mentoring needs we have in such a large open distance learning institution like UNISA. The 12-month program has become an essential element in the development of our young academics and future leaders in UNISA.

The M4S Structured Mentoring Programs are a cost-efficient way to get employees engaged and empowered. The program enabled the mentees to develop the talent already identified and increased productivity across the organisation.

Nicky Newton-King
CEO - JSE - 2013

I am a great believer in sharing knowledge and giving people responsibility, particularly when they are young. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of being trusted with great responsibility at a young age. Through the M4S Program I have again experienced the value of this first-hand.
