Inkaba Knowledge Mentoring Academy

The Inkaba Knowledge Mentoring Academy is a Not for Profit Company (NPC) and Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) with the mandate to provide quality sponsored mentoring and development solutions to client’s enterprise and supplier bases in order to address their B-BBEE Enterprise and Supplier Development (Code 400) needs, as well as cross-fund the Inkaba Education and Development Trust in order to optimise resources for the benefit of the black females beneficiaries.

In accordance with the Academy Vision and Purpose Statement and the requirements for NPC’s / PBO’s, the Academy relies solely on donations and grants and has no operational trading capability and is thus able to offer donors exciting nation building opportunities for their mandatory Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) donations in terms of Code 400 of the Amended B-BBEE Codes.

Inkaba Education and Development Trust

The Inkaba Education and Development Trust is a broad-based black female empowerment trust and Public Benefit (PBO) designed to offer donors high impact and high value contributions to targeted black female beneficiaries, who will be engaged in a variety of social cohesion enhancement and nation building initiatives. These span the Education Sector, Women in Engineering and Construction and also exciting Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) related projects. The Vision is to have 1000 unemployed young black female graduates participating in a variety of Nation Building through Knowledge Mentoring™ programmes within 5 years.

In accordance with the Trust Mandate and the requirements for NPC’s / PBO’s, the Trust relies solely on donations and grants and has no operational trading capability and is thus able to offer donors exciting nation building opportunities for their mandatory Socio-Economic (SED) donations in terms of Code 500 of the Amended B-BBEE Codes.
